As of today I weigh 133 pounds. I've become an unhealthy and lazy person. My aim is to become a person who can live in moderation and incorporate some exercise into her day, everyday. I'm sick of having one healthy week and then one week of nothing but crap. x
Getting healthier takes time and staying motivated can be a big hurdle so I hope some of these projects help!
